This was a fun and wide-ranging interview with Tory that aired today but was recorded a month or so back during the Partners In Crime Tours promotional campaign for my latest Ed Earl Burch hard-boiled Texas crime thriller, THE FATAL SAVING GRACE.

We talked about the compellingly stark landscape of West Texas, the perfect setting for tales of revenge and redemption, almost Biblical in is primordial echoes of harsh Old Testament damnation. Tory also asked me a lot about what makes Ed Earl Burch tick — and whether the raunchy main character of all five of my hard-boiled Texas crime thrillers is a thinly-disguised version of me. You know my answer to that question.
