Big State, Big Show

Your ol’ pal, Honest Jim, heads for Nacogdoches, Texas tomorrow for a Noir at the Bar event on Saturday at Roma’s restaurant in the heart of this historic city, touted as the oldest in the Lone Star State. Should be big fun, entertaining the crowd with morsels of my latest Ed Earl Burch hard-boiled Texas crime thriller, THE FATAL SAVING GRACE, and rubbing elbows with fellow authors, including champion mojo storyteller Joe Lansdale of Hap n’ Leonard fame and Harry Hunsicker, a great crime fiction writer from Dallas. Also looking forward to seeing the founder of this feast, James King, and my good friend, Johnny Wesner. Show starts at 6 p.m. Best be there, pilgrims.
